Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. To cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, please contact me directly. Call Recordings Your appointment may be recorded for quality, training, or reference purposes. An AI note-taker may also be present during the call to record and summarize key discussion points.
