I've been in some movies
Well.... kind of lol. In my 20's, I was an extra. I was in a few Australian movies and series that you've probably never heard of. The most famous movie I was an extra in was Scooby Doo - Spooky Island.

This journey led me to embrace a new adventure as a digital nomad, travelling around Australia. Throughout my travels, one constant remained: my commitment to fitness. No matter where I was, staying active became my anchor.
Now, as a personal trainer, I help men in their 30s who want to get fit by 40 and men in their 40s regain their fitness identity and confidence without feeling overwhelmed about where to start, embarrassed for letting themselves go, or guilty for taking time to focus on themselves.
